Agentis reads exported data from Celigo flows using the /exports endpoint, extracting COGS and landed cost records as they pass through. Data staleness monitoring checks flow execution timestamps against your configured threshold (default: 6 hours). This approach avoids creating parallel NetSuite API connections and respects your existing data governance.

What happens if a Celigo flow fails?

Agentis monitors Celigo flow execution status. If a flow fails and cost data stops refreshing, Agentis raises a staleness alert and can optionally fall back to the last known good cost data or pause automatic holds until data is fresh.

Does Agentis modify any Celigo flows?

No. Agentis is read-only on Celigo. We subscribe to flow events and read exported data, but we never modify your flow configurations, mappings, or schedules.
