Yehuda Itkin

Yehuda co-founded Hycos.ai with Herzel and Udi, who he worked with at Ravello Systems, the cloud infrastructure company Oracle acquired. His career also includes Toga Networks (a Huawei company) and Playtika, with a focus on performance and correctness in production systems.

At Hycos he focuses on the connective tissue between the Agentis margin engine and the merchant's broader stack: the Shopify, Shopify Plus, and SHOPLINE order data, the Oracle NetSuite cost connection (commonly via Celigo), 3PL and carrier freight-cost inputs, payment fees, and FX rates. Those inputs are what let Agentis compute true net margin on each order within 60 seconds of it being placed and hold below-floor orders before fulfillment.

The integrations work is what turns a policy engine into a production-ready margin-governance platform. Yehuda leads the onboarding playbook: initial margin audit, NetSuite connection, shadow mode scoring every new order without holding anything, then a reviewed switch to enforce mode under rules the merchant approves. He brings an engineer's discipline to that process: small, observable, reversible steps, with the Evidence Ledger as the source of truth at each milestone.
