Udi Razmovich

Udi co-founded Hycos.ai to bring cloud-infrastructure engineering discipline to ecommerce profit protection. As CTO he owns the Agentis runtime: the order-data connections to Shopify, Shopify Plus, and SHOPLINE, the live Oracle NetSuite COGS integration (commonly via Celigo), the policy engine that checks each placed order against the merchant's profit floor, and the Evidence Ledger that records every flag, hold, and release with its inputs and a confidence tier.

Before Hycos, Udi was an engineer at Ravello Systems, the cloud infrastructure company Oracle acquired, and earlier at TTI Telecom. That work centered on systems that had to be correct and observable under production load, which translates directly into a margin engine that finance teams can trust.

Udi's technical thinking centers on the patterns that make per-order margin governance practical: how to join order, cost, freight, fee, and FX data quickly enough to return a verdict within 60 seconds of each order, how to support shadow-mode testing before holds are switched on, and how to make every decision explainable and reconcilable against the merchant's own books. He treats margin protection as a production reliability problem, because a wrong verdict on a real order has a real cost.
