Co-Founder & CTO
Udi Razmovich is co-founder and CTO of Hycos.ai (Agentis). A 15-year veteran of Oracle and Ravello Systems, Udi leads the engineering of the real-time margin enforcement engine that runs inside Shopify Plus checkout flows. He focuses on sub-10ms decision latency, distributed cost-data synchronization, and the audit-grade evidence pipeline that backs every margin policy decision.
Udi co-founded Hycos.ai to bring cloud-infrastructure engineering discipline to ecommerce profit protection. As CTO he owns the Agentis runtime — the policy engine that sits in the Shopify Plus checkout extensibility surface, the NetSuite-to-cache data pipeline that keeps cost data sub-second-fresh, and the audit log architecture that produces the evidence finance teams need for SOC 2 and board reporting.
Before Hycos, Udi was a senior engineer at Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure group (joined via the 2016 Ravello Systems acquisition). His 15 years at Oracle and Ravello focused on cloud reliability and distributed-systems performance — the engineering disciplines that translate directly into running a margin-governance engine that has to evaluate every Shopify Plus checkout in under 10ms without depressing conversion.
Udi's published work and technical thinking centers on the architectural patterns that make real-time margin governance practical at scale: how to keep COGS data fresh from NetSuite without sync lag, how to build a policy engine that supports shadow-mode testing before enforce-mode cutover, how to make the audit log so durable that auditors will accept it as the system of record. He treats checkout margin as a production reliability problem — because it is.
