Igor co-founded Hycos.ai with Herzel and Udi after 15+ years engineering cloud reliability systems at Oracle and Ravello. At Hycos he focuses on the connective tissue between the Agentis margin engine and the merchant's broader stack — Celigo iPaaS for NetSuite cost sync, the Shopify Plus checkout integration, the 3PL freight-cost feeds, the FX-rate pipelines from treasury, and the analytics warehouse where margin lift attribution lives.

The integrations work is what turns Agentis from a single policy-engine surface into a production-ready margin-governance platform. Igor leads the playbooks that bring mid-market and enterprise Shopify Plus merchants live in under 4 weeks — from initial margin audit to NetSuite-Celigo bridge stand-up to shadow-mode policy testing to enforce-mode cutover.

His prior 15 years at Oracle (joined via Ravello Systems) focused on the operational side of running tier-1 cloud infrastructure — incident response, change management, and the runbook discipline that lets engineering organizations roll out high-stakes changes without breaking production. He brings the same discipline to the way Hycos onboards new customers: small, observable, reversible steps with the audit log as the source of truth at each milestone.
